FortiSASE Endpoint Management Service Degradation - Frankfurt EMS Communication Issue
Resolved after 34 minutes, affecting Endpoint Management, on October 19, 2026.
We are experiencing an issue with some of the backend affecting communication for EMS hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. The issue is isolated only to a very small subset of FortiSASE customers. The relevant team is already working on the fix and further updates will be shared as soon as we have additional details.
