Dear Valued Merchant, Please be informed that Multi-Currency onboarding is temporarily unavailable for new sign-ups. As a result, the Balance tab will not be accessible to new users during this period. For merchants whose Multi-Currency onboarding was still in progress, the application status has been updated to failed to restore access to their NGN balances. These merchants will be able to retry the onboarding process once the service becomes available again. Please note that existing Multi-Currency users will continue to have uninterrupted access to the service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore onboarding. Thank you for your continued trust and support.
