We are investigating an issue where customers are experiencing failures when processing Forma - Data Connector extractions that explicitly include the Admin Service in the Australia and India region. We have identified the cause of the issue where customers are experiencing failures when processing Forma - Data Connector extractions that explicitly include the Admin Service in the Australia and India region. We subsequently determined similar failures in Canada, UK, Germany and Japan regions. Our team is actively working on resolving this as quickly as possible. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
