SMS messages sent from Floify may be delayed. Our SMS Provider, Twilio, is currently reporting network delays with T-Mobile, which can impact outbound SMS communications from our system, including the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) feature. While we monitor this issue, if you have any difficulty logging in due to your MFA method being set on T-Mobile, you can reach out to your admin team or to our support team for assistance resetting your method. We recommend adding email as a method in addition to SMS, along with using the backup codes provided when the feature is initially set up. We will provide update as it becomes available to us here.

There was an issue with the Completed Document Upload feature that prevented completed documents from being saved correctly to the loans. We released a fix that resolves the issue this afternoon. Any document uploads that were attempted during the incident may need to be deleted and re-uploaded to ensure they are stored correctly. Reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions.
We are actively working to resolve latency issues within prospect applications. Applications should still be accessible, although you may experience delays in loading. Users can continue working within the applications once they have loaded.

Our SMS provider, Twilio, has reported delays for SMS messaging, which may impact outbound messaging from our system, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). We recommend setting your MFA method to have both email and SMS options to ensure access.

We are currently experiencing a partial outage with our SMS provider, Twilio, which is impacting text message delivery across certain mobile networks, including T-Mobile. Some text messages (including notifications and access codes) may fail to send or be delayed. If you are having issues receiving the code for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you may need to wait longer than normal. We are receiving reports that various systems, including GCP and AWS, are experiencing outages, resulting in some services within Floify being impacted. We are reviewing these reports actively to identify resolution steps to restore full functionality. Encompass has also reported service issues, which could impact integrations to that system directly. Google has reported that they have applied fixes to some systems, but that there is no current ETA for full resolution. We are actively monitoring our systems for restoration of service for impacted components, integrations, and tools. As more information becomes available, we will provide update on the situation. We are seeing some services restored as our external partners experiencing issue restore functionality. We are currently reviewing our LOS integration connections to ensure they are up and running and are working on repushing tasks to create and connect to loans as we validate services are restored.
