We recommend setting your MFA method to have both email and SMS options to ensure access.

    We have identified an issue with MFA logins for some users. The issue is caused by having a home dashboard view different from the users home team. As a short term solution, we will be changing all users home dashboard under the user profile to the home team assigned to the account. Once the issue has been resolved, we will automatically change this configuration back to how it is currently configured.
