We are aware of performance issues impacting the Family App. We've received some reports of families receiving a 500 error when trying to access the Lunch or Financials features within the FACTS App. We are actively working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, families are still able to access these features through Family Portal in a browser. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore normal performance. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we address this with priority.
