    Starting May 8, 2026 at 1:59 AM UTC, customers may have encountered 500 errors when calling API Platform endpoints. This is related to an ongoing incident with our underlying cloud infrastructure provider, AWS. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide further updates shortly.

    After further monitoring, this issue is now considered resolved. Customers should no longer see 500 errors when calling API Platform endpoints, recipe job failures, and Workbot for Slack/Teams being unresponsive.
