    Dear emnify Customers, We are currently investigating a connectivity issue affecting devices connected via the Tigo network in Colombia. Customers may experience intermittent connectivity issues or degraded service. Our team is actively working with the network provider to investigate the issue, identify the root cause, and restore normal service as quickly as possible.     Dear emnify Customers, We have contacted Tigo and are actively working with their team to investigate the issue. We are currently awaiting further details regarding the root cause and their ongoing remediation efforts. In the meantime, affected SIMs should continue to have connectivity through other available networks, including Claro and Movistar.     After further checking and monitoring, we have confirmed that operator Claro Colombia is also experiencing service degradation. We have already reached out to this operator to check the issue further. Further updates to follow.

    Dear emnify Customers, The impact of the issue is also affecting other LATAM operators, particularly in Mexico and Colombia, among others, which could suggest a potential problem with the interconnect signaling links. We are validating with more tests and working closely with operators and signaling carriers. We will keep you posted with more updates.

    Dear emnify Customers, Our recent tests are still showing network instability across multiple operators in the LATAM region. In summary, please see the list of countries below with at least 1 network and LTE affected. Colombia Peru Puerto Rico Costa Rica Guatemala El Salvador Panama Honduras We are continuously working with our roaming partners and signaling carriers towards a solution.
