What is the issue? We are currently investigating an issue where Reconnect campaign tracking links are giving error 502. What does this mean? This means that clicking on product in Reconnect email will give error 502 and click will not be counted. Who does this effect? This affects all EU Reconnect campaign sent out emails. When did this issue start? June 16 (more specific time/date TBD) We have recognized this issue and are actively working on resolution. Our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
