    We are pleased to confirm that this issue has now been fully resolved. A fix has been implemented to address the behaviour introduced in mobile app version 7.0.1 that could, in certain scenarios, cause the application to crash or calls to disconnect when placing a call on hold, transferring a call, or adding a second call. Following deployment of the fix, we have closely monitored the service and have observed no further recurrence of the issue. Measures have also been put in place to help prevent similar issues occurring in future releases.     As a precautionary security measure, the Forgot Password functionality has been temporarily disabled while we implement and test a security update. This does not affect normal access for users who already know their credentials. However, password resets will be unavailable until the update has been completed and validated. We are actively working to restore this functionality as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide further updates as they become available.

    As a precautionary security measure, the Forgot Password functionality has been temporarily disabled across affected Dstny applications in all regions, including ConnectMe, SMP, CRM Connect, Teams Connect and Dstny Zone. This only affects users who need to reset their password. Users who already know their password can continue to log in and use services as normal. We are actively working to restore this functionality and will provide further updates as they become available.

The updated solution has successfully completed initial testing, with no issues identified.     We are currently investigating a potential problem affecting ConnectMe. Impact: When muting a call during a conversation using ConnectMe, the mute function fails. The call appears muted in the UI, but audio remains active. This issue occurs when muting via the ConnectMe interface; muting via the headset itself is unaffected. The problem affects all regions and all users running the latest version (8.22.8) of the application. All post-fix testing concluded that the issue is no longer present and has been successfully resolved. The same fix will be deployed into the UAT/Staging environment in all regions next week, permanently addressing this problem across all environments.
