  1. investigating Sep 17, 2026, 09:20 AM UTC

We are investigating an issue affecting the Android & iOS mobile app following the release of version 7.0.1. Some users may experience the app crashing or calls disconnecting when placing a call on hold, transferring a call or attempting to add a second call. Our teams are actively investigating the issue. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

  2. resolved Sep 21, 2026, 08:50 AM UTC

We are pleased to confirm that this issue has now been fully resolved. A fix has been implemented to address the behaviour introduced in mobile app version 7.0.1 that could, in certain scenarios, cause the application to crash or calls to disconnect when placing a call on hold, transferring a call, or adding a second call. Following deployment of the fix, we have closely monitored the service and have observed no further recurrence of the issue. Measures have also been put in place to help prevent similar issues occurring in future releases. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding while we investigated and resolved this matter. Should you have any questions or continue to experience any issues, please contact our Support Team. Thank you, Dstny Support
