    The prescription routing issue affecting some customers earlier today has been resolved. Normal routing performance has been restored. Please note that a separate issue involving prescription routing to a specific pharmacy location remains under investigation. Our team continues to work with our third-party routing vendor toward resolution and will provide updates as they become available.
