    We are aware of a problem where U.S. based Datto Workplace and Datto File Protection agents can experience intermittent connectivity failures and degraded access to the Portal. The Kaseya R&D Team is currently investigating the issue and working towards a resolution. Please note: File access and file downloads can be obtained through the File Explorer option.
