- resolved Jul 29, 2026, 08:12 AM UTC
We can confirm that the technical issues with our provider yesterday evening have been fully resolved, and all Countingup services are back to normal. Between 18:40 and 22:28 BST on 28/07/2026, our provider had a total platform outage. This meant inbound and outbound transfers, card authorisations, new account sign-ups, and in-app card controls (like freezing/thawing or grabbing your PIN) were unavailable. Other parts of the app were running fine throughout. We know how much you rely on us to run your business day-to-day, and we are really sorry for the hassle and frustration this caused. Thanks so much for bearing with us while we sorted it. If you noticed anything strange with a transaction during that window or need a hand with anything else, please reach out to the support team directly in the app and we’ll help you get sorted as soon as possible.
