      一括送信機能において、CSVファイルの「タイトル」欄にスペース文字のみを指定した場合、本来適用されるべき一括送信テンプレートのタイトルが反映されず、スペース文字がそのまま書類タイトルとして設定されてしまう事象を確認しております。エンジニアチームが原因を特定し、復旧に向けて対応を進めております。 【復旧までの回避策】 一括送信機能をご利用の際は、CSVファイルの「タイトル」欄にはタイトルを明示的にご指定いただくか、空欄のままとしてください。 なお、空欄の場合は一括送信テンプレートに設定されたタイトルが自動的に適用されます。 お客様にはご不便をおかけしており、誠に申し訳ございません。復旧次第、改めてご報告させていただきます。
