    We have identified issues with some of our ISPs that are causing instability at the Sao Paulo Data Centre. Our engineering team is actively engaged and working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

    To mitigate any potential customer-facing impacts, the following Services have been taken Out Of Rotation in Sao Paulo: Firewall, IPsec Tunnel Head-End, Meraki SD-WAN Head-End. These Services are still operating out of the Rio de Janeiro Data Centre (failover from Sao Paulo). Services in Sao Paulo will be brought Back In Rotation once the underlying issues have been resolved.
