We identified a service disruption affecting the Remote Access (Client) service at our Melbourne location (MEL1.EDC). Affected customers could establish a Remote Access VPN session but were unable to access the Internet or other resources through the VPN connection. The Melbourne location was taken out of rotation, and new connection requests are being redirected to Sydney. Customer impact has been mitigated. We are monitoring service stability and continuing to investigate the underlying issue. Additional updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
