- investigating Oct 18, 2026, 07:48 PM UTC
We are investigating a control-plane issue affecting MAD1 and MIL1 data center. The affected locations are unable to reach a central service required to renew certificates and manage tunnel connections. Existing tunnels continue to operate while they remain stable and no configuration changes are needed. Attempts to establish new tunnels or modify existing tunnels can fail. Customer traffic is not currently impacted while existing tunnels and front ends remain stable. Our engineering team is actively working to confirm the impact, identify the root cause, and implement a resolution.Updates and additional details will be provided as new information becomes available.
