We are investigating an issue where Oracle-related domains (including oracle.com) are currently being blocked in Umbrella after a recent update to the Gen AI application category. This appears related to an updated "AI database" application definition that is affecting multiple Oracle domains under Gen AI app controls. We have reverted the recent change and are closely monitoring web and DNS traffic to confirm full restoration of access for affected customers.
