The vendor has deployed a mitigation and we are seeing improvement. Until fully resolved, this issue will continue causing the following impacts for a small percentage of calls: some caller details may be delayed and may show as "unknown" until the vendor issue is resolved We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause.
