Some customers in the South Central and Eastern U.S. are experiencing issues with payment processing and dashboard loading. Our investigation indicates this is related to external internet infrastructure that may be affecting multiple businesses. Our team is continuing to investigate and explore paths to mitigate the issue. Impacted customers may be able to complete time-sensitive actions by switching to alternate connectivity, such as a mobile hotspot. We’ll provide another update as soon as we have more information.
