Hi All, We have now fully resolved the issue affecting Tags. Please be advised that: - Any records where existing Tags were missing/not visible have been corrected, with the existing Tags re-added. - Users can once again utilise their existing Tags when searching Workspaces. - If users have added any similar Tags to the ones that were not visible today, it is up to their own determination if they want to leave the duplicate Tags on each affected record, delete the existing one or delete the Tag that was created today. - When any reports using Tags are next refreshed they will show the correct figures. Biz Core is currently experiencing an issue affecting Tags. Currently any Tags that are added to Records are not being saved correctly. We are aware of this issue and are currently working on a resolution, and will continue updating as we have more information. Hi All, We have implemented a fix for the issue with Tags, however please note until advised otherwise: - Users can Delete, Add and Create New Tags. - Users should NOT Add existing Tags to any Workspace Record where those Tags are not currently visible. (E.g. if a record previously had a Tag that is not currently showing, users should NOT reapply this Tag). We are currently working on restoring the existing Tags that are not showing on some records, we will advise when this is complete.
