Microsoft Azure experienced an outage impacting multiple services, including: Azure SQL Azure App Services Azure Service Bus Azure Active Directory Power BI Azure Resource Manager 🔹 Impacted Timeframe: Start: February 27, 2025, at 04:39 AEST 🔹 BizCore Impact: During this incident, some BizCore functionalities may have been affected, including: ✅ Login & Authentication Issues (Azure AD impact) ✅ Delayed Job Processing (Service Bus, App Services) ✅ Slow SQL Queries & Reports (Azure SQL, Power BI) ✅ Temporary API Disruptions (Azure Front Door, Logic Apps) 🔹 Root Cause: Microsoft identified an issue with Managed Identity key rotation, which caused failures in control plane operations. The issue was manually mitigated by repairing keys in affected regions. 🔹 Next Steps: We are monitoring our Azure resources to ensure system stability.
