During this period, outbound SMS messages were not successfully delivered due to an outage with our SMS provider, DirectSMS. Impact - All SMS messages sent during the outage window failed. - These messages cannot be automatically retried because the required sender information was not retained by the provider during the outage. Resolution - The underlying issue affecting SMS delivery has been identified and resolved. Normal SMS functionality was fully restored at 09:12 AM (AEST). Next Steps for Users - Subscribers who attempted to send SMS messages during the affected period will need to manually resend those messages. If the messages were also delivered via email, you may choose not to resend them via SMS. Preventive Action - Our team continues to monitor the SMS service closely to ensure stability. Following our review with the provider, we do not anticipate further disruptions, but we will maintain heightened monitoring until we are confident the service remains stable.
