Is Automatiq Sync App down?

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing a high error rate when loading Sync pages. While background processes are running, there is significant latency in distribution.

The OneHub POS issues have been fully resolved. Everything is back to normal, and you should no longer experience any disruptions with inventory retrieval. For any orders affected during the disruption, running a recheck will re-attempt to complete processing, including invoicing and confirmation, as long as the order has not been rejected.
