AudienceView Outage History

We are currently aware of an outage affecting CardConnect, which may impact payment processing for clients using this gateway. We are monitoring the situation and will share additional information as it becomes available.

We are investigating intermittent timeout issues affecting payment processing and patron record searches for multiple clients. Users may experience delays or timeout errors when submitting transactions. Our Engineering team is actively investigating and monitoring the situation. We have had further reports of Consumer Interface pages either not loading or showing error messages, and reports not loading, so we are investigating those issues again, along with errors in the Sell and Sell+ modules. We will provide updates as soon as they are available.

We have been made aware of an issue with processing credit card payments on AudienceView Professional. You may see a number of reported error messages associated with this outage. We are investigating this issue and hope to have an update shortly.
