We are aware of a security incident involving Klue, a third-party market intelligence platform that AudienceView uses to track industry news and insights, which integrates with Salesforce (our CRM system). This incident has affected many organizations, including AudienceView. This incident is isolated to the Klue-Salesforce integration and does not involve AudienceView products or production systems. AudienceView systems remain secure and fully operational. Our investigation into the incident remains ongoing. However, our review to date indicates that the following information was likely impacted: business contact information (name and work email) contained within the AudienceView Klue-Salesforce Integration. To our knowledge it does not contain product data or consumer (patron) data. Upon notification of the incident by Klue, we immediately disabled the affected integration and revoked its access to the CRM. This is a third‑party incident which did not impact AudienceView’s internal systems. We are actively monitoring the situation and are working closely with Salesforce and Klue to determine the full scope of the incident. For additional details, please refer to the recent Klue article (https://status.salesforce.com/generalmessages/20000257) or the Salesforce status page (https://status.salesforce.com/).
