A subset of customers hosted in Western Continental Europe is affected, representing approximately 4% of our customer base. You are likely impacted if you encounter a "The server returned a 500 Internal Server Error" message when attempting to access your instance. We are actively investigating the root cause and will provide an update in 30 minutes.
