Cosmos Hub validators have announced the network will restart at 12:00 UTC (08:00 EDT) today, September 23. We will continue monitoring through the restart and confirm once ATOM deposits and withdrawals have fully resumed. All other assets remain unaffected.

The Cosmos network has been successfully restarted, block production has resumed and operations are normal. ATOM deposits and withdrawals are resumed. We will continue to monitor the network for stability.
