The issue affecting the Sandbox environment has now been resolved. Our investigation identified the issue was caused by a deployment inconsistency. This resulted in delays to background processing, impacting webhook delivery, transaction polling, reporting updates, and email notifications. The deployment has been corrected, processing has returned to normal, and new Sandbox transactions are now completing successfully end-to-end. We have also cleared the affected processing backlog and are completing cleanup of a small number of remaining historical items. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore service.
