Extended loading delays in newly uploaded galleries
Zenfolio experienced a minor incident on July 31, 2024 affecting Content Rendering, lasting 2d 3h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently experiencing an issue with image generation where older watermarks are not able to correctly render with newly uploaded images. Temporary workaround: If your recent upload is experiencing long loading delays instead of the displaying the expected image, please select a different watermark for that gallery, or upload a new watermark and assign it to your gallery. We are investigating this issue and will post an update once we have more information.

We have identified the cause of the issue and are working to resolve it. This is only affecting a very small amount of Zenfolio accounts

The engineers have been able to fix the issue with old watermarks having issues rendering on newly uploaded images. We are monitoring to make sure that we have completely solved the issue.
