   Our engineers are currently investigating a disruption that is impacting Video Playback on Classic Zenfolio sites. This issue is affecting both newly uploaded videos and those previously uploaded. We have been able to resolve the issue with Image Rendering We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We will post additional information once we have an update to share.    Engineers have identified the issue regarding video playback. We are updating the system to resolve this issue. There could be inconsistent video playback, and spinnies for images uploaded between September 17, 2024 at 10pm Pacific and 4:00 PM September 18, 2024 as we roll out this change. We are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible and will provide an update once we have more information.

   The engineers have updated the system and all videos should now play back as expected. Images uploaded between September 17th around 10 pm Pacific until September 18th at 4pm Pacific will generate once the image has been visited.
