A load balancer failure at one of our data centres caused service disruption. Our engineering team identified the issue, rerouted affected traffic to restore services, and subsequently brought the impacted load balancer back to full operation. To prevent recurrence, additional proactive alerting has been implemented to provide earlier warning of similar conditions
