**Monday 14th September: 19:56 UTC - Tuesday 15th September: 08:56 UTC** We are writing to provide an update regarding a temporary service disruption, affecting our Identity Verification and Age Estimation services in the USA region. Our Network Operations Centre \(NOC\) detected the issue and our infrastructure team quickly identified the root cause as a configuration error introduced during routine DNS updates. The affected DNS changes have been reverted, and all systems have returned to full operational status. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. A full post-incident review is underway to strengthen our release processes and prevent similar issues in the future.
