Equifax has implemented changes to address the issue affecting Undisclosed DebtX order activation and alert delivery. Impacted orders are being progressively activated, and previously queued alerts are expected to be delivered as activation processing completes. We are actively monitoring the restoration efforts and continued alert processing. At this time, no customer action is required. We will monitor throughout the weekend and validate success on Monday, October 5, 2026.
