On July 16, 2026, between approximately 07:17 AM and 07:35 AM UTC, the Workato platform experienced two brief periods of service degradation affecting the API platform, developer and embedded API services, the web interface, and recipe trigger polling. Customers may have observed errors in API platform requests, developer and embedded API requests, and UI requests, and some recipe trigger polls may have failed. The issue has since been resolved.
