    Component Status: Commercial / Webex Contact Center - N. America (West) - degraded_performance Commercial / Webex Contact Center - N. America (East) - degraded_performance Regions: N. America (East), N. America (West) investigating - In addition to the previously called out impact, Engineering has identified an issue where ESD Team performance RT reports are not updating agent states. As a workaround, Supervisors can execute a forced log out for affected agents in Webex Control Hub (CH > Contact Center > Contact Center Users > Signed in Users > Force Logout).
