Sep 3, 12:50 UTC investigating - Engineering is investigating an issue causing login failures for users attempting to login to Webex App. New users onboarded attempting to login to Webex App via OIDC SSO receive an OTP on their email but after the OTP is introduced there is a "Failed to link the account" error. The issue is exclusive to newly created users attempting to login for the first time and via OIDC SSO and OIDC account linking is not done. We are working towards restoring the service and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Sep 3, 12:47 UTC
