Inbound failures for Short Codes, OTP and MFA
Resolved on June 30, 2026, affecting SMS & Messaging.
Earlier last week, a service update was applied that inadvertently caused inbound failures for Short Codes, One Time Passwords(OTP) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The update has since been rolled back, and the service has been fully restored. We will follow up with more information on future service changes, so that any impact is communicated in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience
