  4. resolved Jul 22, 2026, 01:30 PM UTC

We resolved an issue causing some charger boot requests to fail after a Cloud deployment. A cached record created by the previous application version was incompatible with the newly deployed version, resulting in elevated HTTP 500 responses. We removed the affected cache path, and boot processing has returned to normal. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected] if you have any further questions or if you’re still seeing any unexpected behaviour.
