    We are aware of an issue affecting the Vivi App version 3.10.3 on iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads. The app may not function as expected, particularly when accessing or using the Settings menu. Our engineering team is investigating this and we will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available. This issue is only applicable to iOS devices (iPhone/iPad) using v3.10.3.
