We are looking into an issue which is causing Zettle terminal payments to fail. Zettle has confirmed this is an issue at their end and are looking into it. We are in contact with their support and will update this message when we have more information.

Zettle now reported that the API issue is fixed at their end. We're waiting for more details on what the underlying issue is but payments should now be working again across all sites.
