We had an incident on our Catalog Services between 11:30 and 12:00 today. The problem was triggered by a fault in the autoscaling system which starts at 11:30. Between 11:30 and 11:55 Catalog Service and Order service was slow. Menus would have loaded much slower than usual and placing orders would have been slower than usual. Between 11:50 and 12:00 We had a period of errors when placing orders and when loading menus so some customers would have not been able to place orders in that time period. Customers placing orders in that time would have had Error number OS-01 displayed on their devices. After 12:00 the system recovered and is now working as expected.
