Adyen is experiencing a continent wide incident with their online payment services. This will affect VMOS stores using Adyen to take payment online/opat/app orders. Some customers will not see the payment form at the end of the journey until Adyen is able to fix this issue. This is intermittent and not affecting everyone all the time. Refresh might help. Adyen are still working on the incident but we can no longer see any errors at our end so performance seems to have improved alot. I will keep this thread open until Adyen confirms the incident is closed. You can follow Adyen updates here: https://status.adyen.com/

The Adyen issue is now fixed. Closing this down. Everything should be working as expected now on the Adyen payments side.
