We have identified that the earlier reported issue starting at 10:40 CEST for terminals connecting to the European Cloud Terminal API endpoints has not yet been fully resolved. Our engineering team continues investigating and taking mitigation steps to alleviate the situation while the issue is being resolved. We will provide a new update as soon as it becomes available. Adyen has reported the issue fixed again: We can confirm that the issue resulting in intermittent connectivity issues for terminals connecting to European Cloud Terminal endpoints has been resolved since 13:05 CEST.
