Earlier today a number of clients encountered an issue where orders were unable to process when specific meals were added to an order. This problem was traced back to a release deployed last night. In response, we swiftly reverted the recent change and cleared the cache. Regrettably, this temporary action affected our tenant service for approximately 45-60 seconds[13:28-13:29], causing some disruption for other clients. During this period, orders may have failed to process. We’ve taken immediate action to bolster our tenant service resources and believe the issue is resolved. We are continuing to actively monitor the situation and ask that if clients continue to experience difficulties, such as encountering a blank page or experiencing order processing problems, we kindly ask that they restart their app, and if issues persist please contact us at [email protected].
