As of 2p on Monday 15 April, performance speed for Order Service returned to expected levels. The Vita Mojo Engineering team has identified the likely root cause and is completing its investigation, incident report and permanent resolution. We are closely monitoring performance, in particular during the lunchtime period, and have increased server capacity accordingly. We will provide another update to you later today.

Following further monitoring and an increase in server capacity, performance speeds have returned to expected levels over a sustained period. The Vita Mojo Engineering team is completing its formal investigation, root cause report and permanent resolution. We will close this ticket as an active issue now, and an Incident Report will be available shortly via your CSM.
