We are aware of a current issue affecting integrations with third-party POS providers, which may trigger historical orders to resend and reprint. This is currently impacting same day sales reporting. We have resolved a previous issue regarding orders not appearing on Kitchen Display Screens. Our Engineering team is actively investigating, and we will provide another update shortly.

We can confirm that the historical orders that were re-triggered have now completed processing to your POS. You may need to clear these orders from your downstream systems to correct reporting for today's sales. (This may not be required depending on the nature of the integration and your reporting.) If you need assistance with this, please let us know and we will provide a list of affected transactions.
