We are aware of an issue where the Vita Mojo iOS app for POS and kiosk has uninstalled or is failing to launch for some devices. If you are seeing this, please visit the App Store to redownload the latest version of our Universal App, and you should be able to log in successfully. Please contact the Support team if you do not have access following the reinstallation.
