We've identified an issue where there is a delay in policy data populating in the Control Center. For example, if you send a Virtru encrypted email, you may not see it right away in the Control Center. No data has been lost - all policies will eventually populate in the Control Center. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have one.

A fix has been implemented. There is still a backlog of policies that need to be processed. Users may still see delays until the backlog has cleared. We will continue to provide updates until that is complete.

Yesterday afternoon (September 28th,) some users accessing Secure Reader experienced a loading page that did not progress to authentication options. Our team identified the issue and put a fix in place. Affected users should try closing all Virtru tabs, finding the original email with the Unlock Message button, and try again. Users still experiencing issues should contact Support: https://support.virtru.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Virtru Collaborate is down. When users attempt to access the Workspaces page, it never fully loads. Our team has identified the root cause and is working to deploy a fix as soon as possible. Virtru Secure Share functionality is not impacted. We will provide another update as soon as we have one.
